I was upstairs and Ping was downstairs. This is what I came downstairs to.
I put the pig tails in to see if it would make a difference. It doesn't. What is done is done. I spent the morning in tears. Talk about negligence on my part!!!! We have some upcoming things too and I was hoping to get some really adorable pictures.

Oh Jill I feel your pain. What little girl at 2 or 3 or 4 hasn't given themselves a haircut? So far, Sheridan has always asked what he can cut with scissors. At least with a boy, I can always shave his head if he and the scissors have a run in. My advice is to take Ping to a good hair salon and let them figure out a cute cut that will minimize the look of the damage. I know that is what most of my friends have done with this same incident. Sending you a big hug to help dry the tears.
oh Ping, oh Ping, what have your gotten yourself into?
Jill I would be in tears too.........my nephew did this shortly after he came home.......I hope years from now you will look at these pictures and laugh but for right now, oh Ping, oh Ping!
stay well Jill..........sending you a hug.......love you girl!
Even a bad haircut can't put a dent in Ping's cuteness. I'm waiting for the day that Maia does this....
You know I feel awful for you. But the second and third pigtail photos are truly hilarious. Her expression...
